The Phaeton was never offered in a true red. The closest was Nocturne Aubergine, which, as you can see, is really more of a burgundy. A marginally brighter shade, Tizian Red, was planned, but was ultimately never applied to the Phaeton. Still, you see a lot of used car dealers mistakenly listing their Nocturne Aubergine Phaetons as "Tizian Red."
